By using IPTV ZA and our website, you agree to these terms. We've kept them in plain language so you can actually read them.

The service

We provide an internet television streaming subscription. You need your own compatible device and a working internet connection. We aim for high uptime and quick support, but we can't guarantee a service that's never, ever interrupted – no online service can.

Your account and login

Your login is for your own household. Please don't share, resell or publicly post your details. Sharing a login across many people or locations can get the account suspended without a refund, as it affects the service for everyone.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service for personal, lawful viewing.
  • Don't attempt to copy, redistribute or resell the service without an agreed reseller arrangement.
  • Don't use the service in any way that breaks the law in your country.

Payments and renewals

Subscriptions are paid in advance in Rand for the period you choose. There's no automatic long-term contract – if you don't renew, the service simply ends at the close of your paid period.

Trials and refunds

We offer a free trial so you can test before buying. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms or adjust the service from time to time. We'll keep the current version on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the latest terms.
